This 1 hour camp includes interactive lessons on the healthy understanding of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, hydration, and sleep. In between each lesson, we will take a 5 minute mobility and fitness break to teach the kids fundamentals of healthy movement and proper form.

At the end of the camp, we will begin the Kids Obstacle Challenge, which you can learn more about here.
