KIDS FIT CAMP DETAILS

Each of the 1 hour sessions include a 15min fitness lesson, a 15min nutrition lesson, a 10min question and answer time, and a 10min sample workout. At the end of each session, kids get a 10 minute break for snacks, drinks, and restrooms. Organic, wholesome, low sugar snacks and drinks will be provided.

EXERCISE EQUIPMENT USAGE (medball, jumprope)
HEALTHY HYDRATION/SLEEP HABITS
SAMPLE MEDBALL/JUMPROPE CIRCUIT
