KIDS FIT CAMP

The UNITEDSTRONG KIDS FIT CAMP is designed to teach children the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition in a safe, fun environment. Through interactive lessons broken into short segments, children will gain a healthy understanding of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, hydration, and sleep. In between each lesson, we will take a 5 minute mobility and fitness break to teach the kids the fundamentals of healthy movement and proper form.

 

KIDS OBSTACLE CHALLENGE

The UNITEDSTRONG KIDS OBSTACLE CHALLENGE is a 10 event competition where kids will be tested on 10 fundamental movements of healthy athleticism and fitness, including running, jumping, throwing, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, crawling, balancing, and agility. Through safe, challenging obstacles created by the UNITEDSTRONG team, kids will get 1 hour to tackle each obstacle as many times as they want in 1 minute attempts, trying to improve their score as much as possible.
